All orders will be made according to first ordered first served.

All orders made directly in store or exhibition will have priority over the orders done through the website, unless the order was done before the ones sold in the store.

All conditions are set by Frenchy Trendy LLC and every physical or moral person wishing to buy directly from the website FrenchyTrendy.com

Object

The sales conditions are meant to determine the contractual relations between Frenchy Trendy LLC and the customer.

By using a service or buying a product through this site implies an understanding of the sales conditions.

Frenchy Trendy LLC allows itself to modify it's sales condition at any moment. In this case, every condition of the sales will be the ones of the time the order was made.

Characteristics of the giving products

The products which are offered are all the ones found in the menu Shop.

These products are available according to stock. It only concerns the original prints in limited quantity (maximum 30 all format and frame included) for the Art or photographic reproductions.

The prints of Life Portrait are not limited to a  specific quantity.

The Photographic Reproductions are available to a limited number according to the series or a specific photo. The amount is shown on the description of the product.

Each Art product will come with a detailed certificate, showing the number, the photographers signature and date. No duplicates will be made  of a certificate.

We invite you to make sure your computer screen is calibrated so that the colors are as close as possible between the screen and the print. If you are not sure how to do it, you may click on the link Calibrate my screen, or you can contact us before ordering.

Pricing

All prices are shown without tax, since they all vary according to the country of order.

Frenchy Trendy LLC, has the right to modify it's prices at any giving time, except if your order was made before any price modifications.

The prices for shipment are added at the end of your order.

Retraction

All buyers have a seven day cancellation starting from the time the order was made. If the buyer desires to receive his order before hand the seven day delay, he can send us an email notifying us that he has agreed to give up his cancelation benefit.

Payment Policies

The payment is asked for at the order, without it, the order will not be valid ( see page Payment Plans )

Orders

A buyer who wishes to purchase a print must :

Fill out an identity form indicating all his details or give us his Client number (see page My Account)

Fill out an order form with all the products details or services (see page Caddy)

Validate his order after verification.

Payments

All payments are secure. You may use a Visa Card, Eurocard, Mastercard, bank transfer, Paypal for prints. For internet format photos, we only accept Paypal.

Shipment

All shipment of the products are done at the address in the order form. All the shipment is at the buyers risk once it leaves the FrenchyTrendy.com store. If any damage occurs during the delivery, you must fill out form returned to the delivery company within three days of the delivery.

Delivery times are approximate.

The customer may choose the delivery company he wishes to use when ordering.
